Service was slow. Did not know how to make some things on their menu.
Do not do an online order from here! The person who put together mine knew they didn't have the right ingredients and either subbed (barely toasted white or wheat bread only, no pepper jack cheese, no orange juice) or skipped items. It also seemed like there was less meat than usual. Annoying and what a waste of time! She neglected to let me know ahead before putting it together or when I picked it up, so I drove there and back before I realized it was wrong! Bad customer service and no apology.
I can't believe you email me coupons that your subway store refuses to use. Went to counter order two sandwiches. I asked if i could use coupons you sent me. Staff said they don't honor them here. So that is my last time I go to subway. I can go to Jimmy John's or Quiznos .
