Horrible Experience Here! We ordered the Ultimate BMT & the older lady working here around noon wouldn’t allow my husband to add any more veggies of his choice. We were going to pay the difference, but according to her, “We’re not allowed to do that because it’s a franchise” makes no sense when the customer is paying. Ridiculous didn’t end up giving them our money. Instead, we left to the Subway down on Lincoln much better service and allowed us to make our sub the way we wanted. The woman who was working at the counter was so rude?!!!!!!!!!!! What time I should’ve asked her name but she looks like she’s in her in her 40s working the shift at 2:40 or two. When I went in to pick up my order and asked for my order, she just sad “wait!”Looks like she didn’t want to work there. I am not coming back here ever
Should’ve definitely taken the reviews seriously before giving this location the benefit of the doubt and placing my order. Paying extra for avocados and literally get 1 sliver on a 6” is madness. Definitely feel they did this due to it being a delivery order and hope they wouldn’t in-person but who knows. Just ridiculous. AVOID this location.
