I have had a very pleasant experience at this location. My server ALICIA guided me through a very good food selection. She recommended selections that were very good. She also did the same a few days ago on another, different order. She is a definite asset to the team. Will definitely come back, especially if she serves. She seems too care and willing to help
to get straight into the point, the two women who are always working(one has lighter hair, the other has glasses) have terrible customer service. I live around the area so this is the location I come to and it’s every single time I go. There is constant attitude towards all customers. They talk bad about previous customers/orders with each other while actively making other sandwiches. Horrible customer service
honestly bad service. As soon as you walk in you don’t get acknowledged. They only seem to acknowledge “the usuals”. We waited about 5 minutes before getting helped. One of the employees was helping out the person in front of us while the other one was just on her phone. I assumed she wasn’t helping us out because she was either on break or going to break. Giving this subway location a second chance and they failed. The 2 employees working didn't seem like they wanted to be there. One of them almost forgot to wash their hands. And when they made a mistake after clearly saying what I wanted on my sandwich, they rolled their eyes and grunted. And when I tried to speak up, they were just too busy having a conversation with each other. At the end of paying, they just pushed my sandwich towards me. And just walked away, not even saying thank you. Never coming here again.
