I usually use this subway as my go to option for a snack, healthy option, and sandwich place. I ordered on the app and asked for all sauces to be on the side so I can have food for tomorrow as well. I see now that both subs I ordered have come with sauce on them. No one wants to eat soggy food. I went in and for one no one greeted me and then I was asked what it was I needed and when I told them I picked 2 simple sandwiches 1 ham and turkey and cheese and the other one a simple limited time selection of theirs and asked how I wanted it and first one was done that was it the next one I wanted it with everything IT COMES WITH ! I I was supposed to get a BLT bacon they did not do that. Didn't put hardly any lettuce on it and put 4 Olives and the manager is the one that made it. The manager name is PAT...... And mold on my bread. This is nasty. I will never go back to this one.
Slow and they skip over doordash orders
I had a catering order for my son’s birthday. I was able to call five days before and place the order. The day I was supposed to pick it up, I got a call an hour before. I didn’t answer and they left no voicemail. I called back 30 minutes later to find out that they did not know if it was meant for that day. I was told that they hadn’t started the order.
