I went there yesterday and ordered a roasted chicken sub. It seemed off but I tried a bite anyways. It was the most disgusting thing I ever tasted, the chicken was rotten and as a result, I was up vomiting all night. The people in the store don’t even slightly care about what they are serving let alone care about food safety and handling. Just gross!! I wil never go back
Egg in breakfast sandwich was still frozen
Ordered on the app and entered restaurant around 630pm today to pick up my order - one 6" bmt & one 6" steak & cheese. Sole employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge me at all and just let me walk to cash area to find my own order - when I left, no reaction from her at all - what a grouch! Toasted herb & cheese buns on both subs were stale. I had asked for "light" sauces on my sub - it was swimming in mayonnaise! I'm speechless to be honest....
Just finished a brutal subway experience. This is not an exaggeration, it took us 24 minutes from entrance to closing the bill. Two workers, both incredibly slow and poor at their jobs. Didn't know sub of the day, despite being reminded three times. Couldn't put in the order correctly. When asked to correct their bill they didn't understand that they were double charging. I had two completely different experiences at this Subway. On July 4, I came in with a group of 12–14 friends after a soccer match. There was only one employee working, yet he managed to serve our entire group in about 20 minutes. He stayed organized, worked efficiently, and handled the rush impressively.
