Very disappointed in this subway franchise. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant people behind the counter. I went for my online order pickup. When I got in my car, I realised it was the wrong order, so I went back, and they refused to deal with it. Very disappointed in the service at this Subway Franchise. I ordered a seasonal peppermint footlong cookie for the first time. Not knowing what to expect, I took a small bite out of what was given to me. Upon tasting, I realized that this was not a peppermint cookie. I went back to the location, and informed the person who was behind the counter that there was a mix up in the order.
