I had very bad experience with this location. I bought subway from here and the employees were so rude and they behave like why do just customer came to their store. Their customer service is very bad. I will never comeback to this store again. I guess employees should be replaced to provide better service otherwise it’s not gonna work. I recommend don’t go to this store. Still am giving 1 star but it doesn’t even deserve.
At a cold snowy night, my 10 year old and I ordered two subway sandwiches online and the payment went through. We walked and the staffs said they didn’t receive my order. I showed them the approved bank statement in my phone wallet. The manger Brian announced maybe their system didn’t go through and asked me to call the Bank Hotline by myself!!! I’ve been going to this Subway for years, and the one thing that always impresses me is Brian. I think that’s his name, the guy is always polite, makes your sandwich to perfection and is very appreciative of your business! I’m surprised he doesn’t work for head office and go to stores that need to improve their customer experience! So if you want a good sandwich at a reasonable price, this Subway is the one to choose if you’re in the area!
It's a 5 star rating when Bryan is serving. When he is not, the other staff 9/10 times misses something. For example, once she put less than the standard tuna and today the chap did not cut the foot-long sub into to 6" subs. They were more like 4" and 8". It's these small things that effect customer experience.
