I come here all the time at least once a week. POOR SERVICE TODAY. The 2 ladies working here today at 7:00pm was SLOW, and didn’t know where anything was. When I went to checkout she charged me for 2 subs when I had only order ONE. I left to go get more money in my car and came back just for her to say oh I charged you for 2 subs and you only got 1. Horrible la atención al cliente.
I got swayed by advertising 😅 Instead of getting my normal order, I asked for an Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch the normal way it comes. It looked so good in the pictures! But why was it so tiny and wayyyy smaller than my usual sandwich to be "elite" and more expensive? 2x cheese? Nope. Bacon? Not there. There was ONE slice of tomato on a footlong. I ate mostly only bread. Yes I got it delievered but they should still make it right. Also, dont get the pretzel log 🤮
This location says that it closes at 10:00 p.m. on Google maps, I got there at 9:50 p.m. and they had the lights out getting ready to lock the place up. (What a waste of my time and gas.)
Very good patient with me made my sandwich just the way I like everytime
