Ordered 8 footlong subs on August 17, 2025 around 2:30pm for pickup at around 3:00pm. Didn’t leave house until 3:00pm so that the employees would have extra time to make sandwiches as I worked at a subway before and I know sometimes you are alone and get slammed by mobile and in person at the same time. When I got there, two females were there meaning they had sufficient staff for one to work on in person orders and other on mobile orders. Come to this place from time to time usually nothing wrong service is great place is clean staff is good speed never a problem. Today honestly maybe he is new or something but how are you going to give someone 2 hot soups without a bag like hello it’s just been served it’s hot Ive ordered soup here a lot of times never an issue always been bagged never given to me with nothing that’s was the only issues I didn’t want to fuss over a bag so just took my food and left I thought it was common sense but I guess I was wrong. I stopped by today to get a quick to go lunch at noon. The girl who attended me was very nice and helpful. She greeted me and let me know about the promotion they were having today. She made my day better by being friendly, which is not so common with the younger generation they're always mad and snobby. With that being said thank you.
