This Subway is lame, does not open the hours they state on their door, don't expect to be served early
Food is fine (it's a Subway), staff are friendly, but online orders are almost never ready when promised.
I got here after placing my order 20 minutes ago to find one person working the counter and my food Hadn’t even been made yet. There was one person working attending only to the people in line not attending to people trying to pick up orders. This is very unacceptable customer service. I may not be back here. I may not be back to Subway® in the future period. I’m very dissatisfied with a customer service that received today
Ordered a 12" inch cold sub, untoasted, for carryout. For all their ads of fresh baked rolls, mine certainly wasn't one of them. It was stale and falling apart. I sent an email to Subway and the franchisee's response was a "thanks for bringing it to our attention". No offer whatsoever to compensate for a lousy sub they didn't mind charging me for. I guess expecting a business to actually offer customer service is out of style. At least at this Subway location.
