Ordered a 12" inch cold sub, untoasted, for carryout. For all their ads of fresh baked rolls, mine certainly wasn't one of them. It was stale and falling apart. I sent an email to Subway and the franchisee's response was a "thanks for bringing it to our attention". No offer whatsoever to compensate for a lousy sub they didn't mind charging me for. I guess expecting a business to actually offer customer service is out of style. At least at this Subway location.
Maria is a delightful young lady. Always smiling and so personable. She makes wonderful subs for my hubby and myself. If you are not happy with it she will fix it. Always goes the extra mile! Managers. She deserves a promotion!!
Staff r rude 😒 I get it it's busy cuz it's lunch but there is no reason to be rude to customer so what if I want a different cheese on my sub and not putting any sauce when I ask for it very disappointed
