Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a BMT that came with all the wrong toppings (same toppings as veggie patty sub). When I called the store to ask for a new sandwich as my partner doesn’t eat the same toppings I do they suggested that I come back and they replace the toppings on the same sandwich. Great customer service Don’t know the employees name but it was on February 1 around 2 pm.
I have been s customer at this location for a very long time and have found that Shipa in particular has been very efficient and friendly whenever I have been there. She works from Monday to Friday during the day and I always try to go when she is there.
