Had to fight with the app to pay for my food. Never had a place fight to accept my card before. Then Hubbard ave Subway only had ONE person working between 2:30 and 3:00 which is incredibly unprofessional, especially when that one employee doesn’t seem to have a clue what he’s doing and messes up the order. My wife and I got a foot long a piece. She asked for hers toasted and with bacon. He didn’t toast hers, put the bacon on the wrong order and mixed all of our vegetables up. I ordered veggie patty’s . He make cold patty in my sandwich .even not 1 star for that
I had the best sandwich of my LIFE. Brynn was amazing and showed real leadership towards her coworker. Also everything was very clean
The lovely girl behind the counter was Great
Made my sandwich wrong. Gave me the wrong bread. It was stall and crumbing. Sandwich was cold, when asked for it to be toasted. Barely had any tuna. Front girl was very rude. Worst customer service and sandwich ever.
