Came here because we had just gotten coupons in the mail, but was told this location doesn't take coupons. You're a franchise that benefits from national marketing and advertising campaigns! How can you exclude yourself from accepting coupons? If we hadn't been hauling furniture, we would've gone elsewhere. No coupons = no tip. Won't stop here again.
