My husband and I come here frequently and we always have Patrick. He is THE best. He makes us feel like family, remembers what we like, has a great sense of humor, and is a true sandwich artist. We love him!!

TOOK AN HOUR, YES A WHOLE HOUR JUST TO GET TWO SUBS, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ONLY 1 PERSON AHEAD OF ME.
We were in line for 15 minutes and still 4th in line because no one in front of us had checked out. An older lady walked in with her subway shirt on went behind the counter said something to the 2 younger employees and was walking out with no help offered to speed things along. My husband asked if she was the manager she said she was he asked if they could speed things up and she yelled across the store for them to hurry it up.
