Why do you have a drive thru if you only have one employee working?? During lunch they need help! How can they take orders on front counter, take orders in drive thru and make all the sandwiches? Ridiculous! The owners need to do better.
Owner of this and all Subways in Redmond don't seem to honor coupons anymore .I will no longer be visiting these locations.
Food is fine. But they no longer accept paper coupons. You have to download the Subway app and place an order through there for any sort of discount! Pretty lame… Subway, stop mailing us paper coupons if you don’t intend on honoring them.
I ordered the #15 titan turkey through the mobile app. I didn't receive double cheese, in fact I only recieved 4 slices of cheese in total. That's definitely not 33% more turkey as advertised, I didnt receive extra mayonnaise, no oil and vinegar, no salt and pepper, and no parmesan as ordered either. Absolute disappointment.
