My 6 year-old needed to use the restroom and the person behind the counter said that the restroom was for customers only. I replied by stating that I was going to buy something after. She then gave me another excuse saying I had to wait 10 minutes. There was no sense of urgency on her behalf or sympathy for a 6 year-old needing to use the restroom. This place does not deserve to my business.

The staff here are incompetent and can't answer questions properly. Sandwich maker was slow and skimpy with portions. Had to tell sandwich maker multiple times to add more items to the footlong as it was lacking more than usual. When it came time to pay, the lady at the front could not answer questions properly when I asked about the cost. Instead of telling me the cost, she didn't say a word and pointed with a straight face at the menu board, making me look like an idiot, expecting me to look for the price of the footlong. ... read more
