The staff here are incompetent and can't answer questions properly. Sandwich maker was slow and skimpy with portions. Had to tell sandwich maker multiple times to add more items to the footlong as it was lacking more than usual. When it came time to pay, the lady at the front could not answer questions properly when I asked about the cost. Instead of telling me the cost, she didn't say a word and pointed with a straight face at the menu board, making me look like an idiot, expecting me to look for the price of the footlong. ... read more
Needed to use the restroom urgently. Juan did not let me use it and then buy something and instead made me wait 7 minutes to get to the front of the line and then use the restroom. Unprofessional.
