I had a very disappointing experience with this Subway location regarding customer service and how an order issue was handled. My pregnant wife placed and paid for a 6-cookie order through the Subway app for in-store pickup. When she arrived, the staff said they hadn't received the order. She showed them the confirmation, but they explained they couldn't fulfill it without her paying for them again in-store. They also only had 4 cookies available anyway. Sandwich was sloppily assembled and falling out of the bread. Only two bread choices. They added a 21%tip onto my bill without asking or prompting. Not going back.
