Ordered our food off the app and waited about 10 minutes to pick it up. Well when my husband got there one of the employees was sitting in dining room eating an watching something on his phone didn’t even have headset on. The employees are rude when u order a mobile order takes 45 minutes for them to talk through the drive through and usually my food is cold beacuse it’s sitting on the counter 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend
I went in at prime lunch time on a Saturday and the manager only must have scheduled 1 worker because he was by himself and was loaded up with online orders, drive through, and line inside. This should not be allowed. You cannot and will not be able to have efficient and quality business if you are only working one man. Bless his heart, he tried his best but you can only do so much by yourself. This looks awful for this establishment and its management.
It’s a busy Saturday at lunch time and this poor worker was scheduled by himself. Orders backed up with more orders being placed back to back. Line out the building and backed up drive through. THERE IS NO WAY ONE PERSON CAN DO THIS BY THEMSELVES. Whoever is in management was not being fair, they should’ve had to come into work today too. This is just wrong
I think we have different definitions of toasted. Pretty sure they had the oven off. My cheese wasn't melted, all the meats are ice cold and bread hasnt seen an oven since yesterday. For 20 bucks youd think you could get it right.
