My gf ordered a sandwich at 8:30pm and someone called to let her know they burned all the bread? That’s weird. So if she wanted her sandwich it would have to be on flatbread. They offered no discount or anything for the inconvenience. They pushed to cancel the order and they said she would be refunded. It did not get refunded. A long day, our refrigerator quit and we we're looking for 1 that we could get without ordering 1, so we made an order online so.we could get a sandwich and go home and eat in comfort. They hadn't even started our order when we got there. I sent my daughter in to get the food and they said 5 minutes. 7 minutes later I a ent her back in still not ready. We won't be back!
Waited almost 10 minutes while Matthew took his sweet time putting bread in the oven for them to not even have bread. I've been coming to this one since it opened and that was the worst experience and the slowest employee I've seen.
Went here to order several sandwiches. The food was NOT good. The vegetables were below sub par. The bread we wanted was not available and they have no concept of what toasted bread is. This store needs a lot of things but the one thing that stands out is it needs to be CLOSED DOWN or under new management that cares about what they are doing and can offer a proper product.
