I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order. I waited and waited for 10 minutes! Then I pulled around to the window hoping to get someone's attention. I honked my horn several times. Nothing. I drove around and tried everything again. Nothing. I tried to call 4 times. No one answered. But this location is known for not answering the phone. There were no signs on the doors. My to go orders can be somewhat difficult,and I've only ordered through the subway app. But I can honestly say that they've been on point every time ! I appreciate that. I have made 10+ difficult orders . I have no complaints

I walk in and specifically ask for the meal of the day. I get through the line, my partner has already paid. I asked for 2 cookies which come with the meal because the chip stand was virtually empty. I was then rung up for an additional $2 because "they didn't know I wanted the meal of the day." So not only was I charged extra for cookies but also didn't get a drink. Although half the drinks were out of order.
