Chaotic which causes errors. I had a good interaction with the person who was initially helping me at the register. She seemed sweet despite what was going on. I understand being overwhelmed at lunch time but the chaos and attitudes because of the chaos would've made me walk out if the order had not already been placed. Placed an order using the subway app for a dinner delivery for the family totaling roughly $50. The order was apparently picked up by a dasher but never delivered. The order was then passed to a new dasher however the driver contacted me and informed me the store was unwilling to remake the order knowing the original order never reached its destination. They made me tell them my order 3 times and still somehow got in wrong. I just wanted a Philly Cheese with the condiments and veggies from the menu.
