I called to cancel my order because i ordered it to the wrong store and the one person working was really unprofessional when I asked her how to cancel the order on the app while saying she can’t void the order and complaining that I called at the worst time because she is taking her lunch break by FAR the worst customer service I have ever had at any subway. Really Needs to do something within the store with their workers

Crystal was absolutely awesome!! very friendly,professional and took great care of us...store was immaculately clean and food was great..A+++++
