We have used this location for years, Last night we ordered online. two 6 inch sandwiches of the same protein, But different condiments. They made one sandwich and cut it in two. When I called they commented they have a bogo deal and they just made it for that deal. Not even reading the orders and making two sandwiches like the order had. She didn't offer any resolution or replacing the wrong order. Managers need to do better training there people. Attention to detail

This is typically my go to subway when I’m out in the field working. I come in at least twice a week often times Dre is on staff always welcomes with a smile. Has never gotten an order wrong and clearly has an amazing work ethic. I’ve come in times when you guys were super slammed and he handles it like a champ. If he is The standard for your staff I can only imagine you have a great team. I just felt he deserve some recognition.

Cell is an awful employee. We had ordered a few footlongs online and paid extra for double protein. I checked the sandwiches when I came to pick up and they clearly did not have double meat on them. I brought the problem to her attention and pointed out on the receipt I paid $4 more per sandwich for double meat. She proceeded to argue with me about her mistake and then when I asked her to remake the sandwiches correctly she offered to “give you extra meat or whatever”.
