The worker Josh was his name a big tall guy idk if he gave me a fake name but he literally threw my sandwhich at the counter and was just very rude overall didn’t even wanna eat my sandwhich bc it made me so upset idk why it’s so hard for people to be kind.

Went on Saturday 05/03/25. Guy taking our order was very rude and racist. HIS NAME IS SAM. Didn't ask what we wanted he just made a random sandwich and threw to us then he said "that's everything you can get" I told him to please take my order right when he said "If you have a problem call cs phone number is on your receipt". I had went to buy a sandwich, and the manager had the audacity to be racist and rude to me and others colleagues, and the manager had the audacity to be laughing at us and when a white family had went into subway the manager was taking to them and and laughing with them but when we went he was laughing at us not with us and he was rude. Please take care of the matter!
