I get having a bad day. But being rude right off the bat is pretty crazy. I've been treated like crap at places before. But nothing like this girl. Oh and the bossing the team members around. Poor new girl looked so frigging overwhelmed.
The manager on duty has really bad customer service & was constantly berating her employees. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Ugh, this subway pisses me off! If it's not them running out of something every time I order online and have already paid, then its them not having it ready. I ordered online, and it said it would be ready by 8:20. I walked up at 8:39 and waited behind people who walked in for their sandwiches to be made, and was told my order hadn't even been started. . Need more staff
I never really had very high hopes for Subway but sometimes it just slaps. On this particular occasion, it slapped me in the face. This is literally the worst subway I have ever ordered food from. The bread was so dry it crumbled like chalk. The lettuce was soggy, the cucumbers were old and it was as dry as the desert. Ingredients were wrong missing or left out.
