Did a order online and they messed it up wrong bread for my sandwich than didn’t have a item I ordered and when I asked about it they said go online and ask for a refund customer service was horrible they were just in the back hanging out I went back 6/30/2026 and they messed my order up again this location needs to do better will not be returning

I do not buy from that specific location anymore and haven't since leaving the reveiw...but I would like to Edit my review and make it company wide! It's sooo frustrating when you try to order online and either the website or the app isnt working correctly and when you go to pay it doesn't go through and loads and error page. The girl with long hair, baggy pants, fake eyelashes and lip rings needs to work someplace else, very rude and condescending, poor body language, poor posture, does not make you feel welcome, felt like i was a burden to her to make my food. She also chose the type of cheese for me, then when i said “no thats not the one” she paused and tossed it back like a angry teenager. Get mature staff please.
