The employees here are so rude, I don't usually leave reviews but this place needs a makeover and teach employees to smile and have better service. I'm not sure this review will matter because looks like that is all they get is bad ones and still same manager working there.
Got the worst, most rude service I've ever got anywhere. I don't know if he was on drugs, incompetent or being intentionally dim. I asked for a standard menu item, not toasted & he started majorly giving me attitude. Never had a server be that rude to me before. I'm never going to this location again. I have been here a few times. It’s always dirty. Stuff on tables etc. the employees are rude. And they nearly always mess up an order.
I normally dont like to make reviews about employees, but I have been coming to this subway for a while. I have NEVER met a manager more vile to their employees. At least I assume she is a manager as there is no way anyone would take that kinda talk from a fellow employee. The short, bigger lady was berating the staff the whole time in front of me while I was the only person there.
