2nd time in a row my order’s completely wrong, lost my business
Washington/33 location. Rude. So rude. They are at a busy intersection of a truck stop so it is hard to hear half of what is being said at the drive thru. That's fine- but you'd think they would get that. From the start- the lady was very short-patience and curt. I went there to get a chicken nachos. I asked for no jalapeños but extra tomato and they tried to tell me it was going to be a dollar more just to add 3 extra slices of tomatoes. The girl helping me it was her first day and the manager or whoever was there with her above her or with more experience had a bad attitude and didn’t help her at all.
