I ordered a $6.99 foot long turkey and ham sub. As it was being made I was told “ you can only have 3 toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion etc) on this sub since it is specially priced “. WHAT??????? This is the exact reason my family and I stopped eating out. Did a private equity firm buy out Subway, or is this just greed on part of the franchisee? Jordan at store #43979 was a delight. Very sweet and knowledgeable of menu. Took the time to answer questions with patience. Made our sandwiches with care. What a great employee you have Subway! I hope he's appreciated for the care he gives to yourcustomers.
A 20 oz drink from refrigerator was $3.75 Way too expensive.
I placed an online order while i was shopping. When done I picked up my food and went home (15 minutes away). I ordered a footlong sandwich. It was ok but they forgot the tomato. I also ordered a footlong flatbread sandwich but instead of folding it longways they rolled it up from the smaller side. So we got half the toppings of a footlong. Subway... if you read this and want to make it right, you owe me a sandwich.
If I could give this place, it won’t start I definitely would. The male that works there mid height reddish type hair was so rude and sighted a lot and rolled his eyes while me and my husband ordered two sandwiches to me. If you don’t like your job you should go work somewhere else. I don’t know what’s going on with Subway lately, but I haven’t eaten there in a long time because of the same issues at other locations and or they just keep getting my order wrong I ordered onion.
