Horrible attitude, veggies were turning black, lettuce wilted. Never going back.
Terrible customer service. I would give zero starts if I could. I ordered online and it was this location but I could not make it to the store to pick up. I immediately called the store several times over 3 days to get the order voided. I used rewards and paid for the order. I went in a few days later as I was busy at work and the gentleman (purple hair) was not willing to help and said it's too bad and that I should have picked it up since it was made, even though I tried to cancel it. From when I came in to when I got my food, it took a total of 45 mins. It was around 7pm. This IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT. This is the fault of management and corporate. This location seems to be constantly understaffed and the orders flood the employees while also trying to take care of the customers inside of the place. This happens often at this place.
