They Don't acknowledge their customers
Nothing against the employee that served me but I believe having some help available for the one person behind the counter could help greatly, one person handling six orders all at the same time is not an effective way to keep your customers
Ordered 2 sandwiches on Uber eats from this store. A footlong italian w extras i paid for and a 6"veggie. Ended up with a 6" italian w a spicy sauce and a plain footlong italian. I wouldn't suggest ordering from here unless you go in person to make sure you get the right thing.
