App is completely broken. Cant order online at all. 2025 and they STILL cant figure out how to make an app? Jimmy Johns has no issue, and they have a drive through. Not sure why anyone goes to Subway in 2025 with no working app. Unfortunately this local Subway probably has nothing to do with the corporate app, but from a customer's perspective, its the same. Get it together Subway, this is a disgrace in 2025.
I called to report uncooked bacon and the lady got an attitude stating that they don’t cook the bacon if you order a cold sandwich. Then when I was trying to speak to her she hung up one as her associates were mumbling in the back ground.
