As I entered the restaurant, there was one customer ordering. One employee was assisting the customer, and the other employee was wiping down and cleaning behind the counter. Both of the employees were very friendly and really seemed to be enjoying their job. The service was excellent. As I was deciding what to order another customer came in. I'm giving 5 star ratings JUST FOR TONIGHT!! Have been before and have NEVER received better customer service than I had with Bridget Golden and Patrick Aycock!!! These pple were the best! They allowed me to take my time and ddnt act annoyed that they were about to close soon! I have NEVER had this kind of service in ANY Subway that I have been in. These two workers are amazing!!!! Id share this place 0 stars if i could! The guy making my sandwich did NOT know what he was doing! Poor service, and he was mumbling. I ordered a pickleball club and he didn’t put the pickles, tomatoes, or anything that came with the sandwich! He put the correct meat but he didn’t ask me what toppings i wanted or anything. Will not be coming back! You lost a true customer. This occurred 3/11/24 around 9 pm!
Food was terrible tonight I ordered 2american club footlongs my wife food was old and had a funny smell the old white lady stared us down until we left and her kids went behind the counter this is unacceptable I advise Noone to eat here
