Review edited: my original review was very detailed about a recent confrontation I had with the duty manager when ordering my sandwich. Bottom line, Yes, the staff should be better trained about how to deal with customers, and how to humbly accept paying customers' feedback, even if policies that have been set by upper management are beyond their control.but I guess the main issue is the business's increasingly rigid policies and rules and expectation for customers to study notices hard before even ordering their sandwich. Wow I can’t believe I’m wearing a negative review about subway. Two stars because normally I get a great Sami but today was very strange. The lady absolutely refused to put mayo on my sandwich. I asked her to not put the mayo on the bread because I didn’t want my Sami to get soggy. Why can she not put the mayo on the meat???? Stupid new rules that I guess she feels like she will get arrested if she bends the rule a little so my Sami won’t be soggy. I wasn’t going to eat it right away. I’m not going to eat a soggy Sami.
