What’s the point of rolling out new sandwiches if you can’t even keep them stocked? Never order soup from here. They never have it available and will offer you cash that is less than what you paid for it as a refund, after lying to you heavily about it.
This used to be a good subway:/ I walk in at 0945, supposed to be open at 0830, the doors locked. As I was back to my car the employee opens the door for me. I go in and order my sandwhich, get to the veggies, it’s all old. Scraps of lettuce in the bucket, not even enough to see from behind the glass, barely any cucumber and it’s all old and dried out, barely any tomatoes all soggy, clearly from the night before. Seemed a little chaotic with communication between the two workers as well as the workers with customers. The food tasted good and we didn't have to wait too long.
New ownership stinks. Stale crusty bread (no it wasn't toasted) and half empty bags of chips.
Worst subway! If you have an online order it doesn’t matter if you ordered it before the people in the restaurant they will help all those people first while you wait for an hour. Then when you say can I please just have a refund they say “are you sure I can make that real quick for you “. Why didn’t you say that while I was standing there waiting for an hour? 🤣 workers are a joke.
