Where the heck is my order? Placed an order at 6:40 pm in the app for 7:05 pm pick-up. I go there at 7:05 and there is no trace of my order. I show him the order details in the app. He restarts his POS, still no sign. He said they've been having online order issues the whole week but oh no worries they'll refund it back to your card. Yeah great! Went to JJ and got some subs. Subway ordering system sucks big time! Not going back again.

We walked in and were the only customers inside, asked if we had online order to pick up, no, were told they'd be with us shortly, busy making food for online orders. Felt disrespected, another employee walked up and helped us.
