I visited your cheek sparger location around 11:35 on February 26th. As usual, I had started my order online. While building my sandwich from the line, I explained my actions to the sandwich maker, Billy. However, she overrode me, raising her voice and insisting that I place my order online first. Some locations are better than others. Management and staff make all the difference. The one off Cheak-Sparger in Euless is great.
I went to the Trinity location for a Boss sandwich and the meatballs are never ready. I go on my lunch break and the wait for them to be ready is always too long to get my sandwich. Today I decided to go to the Cheeks Sparger location and it was such a great experience! Billie had everything ready. The location was clean and smelled nice. She sold me on trying a new bread and gave me a small sample. This was most definitely one of the best visits to a subway that I’ve ever had! A-1 customer service
