Got a cold cut combo, white bread, NOT toasted. The sandwich was put together as requested, but when I get to work 15 minutes later and unwrap it to eat it, the bread was hard as a rock. The girl that made it had to realize that but used the bread anyways. I tried calling and it just rang and rang, no answer. This seems to be how all subways are.
