I ordered a sub yesterday this is not first time happening with me i add a note to add extra salad always got ignored even yesterday it was really small amount of portion of everything in it. Even it was not toasted. The salad i wanted to put extra this time it was almost disappeared. Same incident kept repeating almost every time with the same employee who’s working yesterday night. My expectations from this store getting so low.

Worst experience ever. I placed a Click & Collect order, but they failed to fulfill it due to a 'system error.' The middle-aged female staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional. While I was standing right there, she started gossiping about me and mocking me to another customer just because I was asking about my missing order. They have no accountability and zero respect for customers. Save your money and go to a different branch.

Went there today at 5:45 to order food. I waited in the queue, and when my turn finally came at 5:58, I was told they weren’t taking any new orders. That was really frustrating—they should have informed customers earlier so I didn’t have to waste my valuable time just to be told they were closed for the day. The signage still says “open 24 hours,” and the Google hours also show the same. If they can’t operate properly, they should just shut it down.
