I usually have an okay time here but it does take a while for someone to notice you're at the counter since they are usually behind a door in the back. Today was really bad though, we decided to go to another Subway because there was a woman working and didn't acknowledge us. There was a second woman having conversation with the first woman about work related things. As other reviews mention, the server actually ignores customers until they leave so she doesn’t have to make food. Like you can speak directly to her, you know she hears you and she just blatantly ignores you
I do not recommend it. Terrible service, they never help you, you have to wait like 30 minutes for them to ask you what you need, the girl's attitude is not good.
