Only one person working and she was rude also forgot to add some ingredients to the food and lie about some of the drink options that they had and all of the tables were very dirty
I’ve grown up in this area, and I’ve ordered the same sandwich, for 20 years. The manager (Betsy) comes up to me, in a very rude manner asking me what bread I want… I then reply with “italian bread” this moron of a manager asks me “White or Cheese?”. Mind you I’ve ordered this sandwich for 20 years now, I’ve always said Italian bread and the employees have always given me Italian bread.. If only I could give 0 stars to this subway, worst costumer service ever. I’m not sure where to start , as soon as I walked in I felt rush by the lady who was taking my order. Her energy wasn’t welcoming at all. When she started prepping my order, she began asking me what kind of cheese I wanted I answered pepper jack and she proceeded to grab white American cheese 🤷🏽♀️.
