Store manager Melisa was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to me. An online order was placed for a particular pick up time. My wife checked the app and it said ready. So I get to the store and it wasn’t even started. I asked about the process and she claimed she has no control over when the orders say they’re ready. I call bs. No competent system would say the order is READY once a ticket is printed. If that’s the case then DONT print the ticket until it’s actually ready.
