My 3 rd experience and 2nd review and as always this store is remarkable! The staff was cool courteous and professional yet like family and the 2 sandwich artists were the best they suggested a flatbread as they heard myself and my hubby talking about lower calories and better options I honestly was skeptical on trying one but omg it es fabulous Tristan made my sub the above and beyond and I will be back soon ! I got food poisoning today from eating there! Ive been so sick all day 🥴 Stay away from this location 🤢
I made an online order tonight & it took me 15 minutes to get to the store for my food. When I arrived my food had not even been made. There was 3 people that were there when I got there & then 2 showed up after I got there. Tristan was the worker tonight, he pushed both my online orders to the end & put those 5 people in front of my online orders. No customer service, unfortunately. I didn't even get a sub because no one attended me. The one employee that was there was washing pans and was fully aware I was there, but she chose to ignore me and pretend I wasn't there. She could have at least said, "Someone will be with you shortly." Something, anything!
