I made an online order tonight & it took me 15 minutes to get to the store for my food. When I arrived my food had not even been made. There was 3 people that were there when I got there & then 2 showed up after I got there. Tristan was the worker tonight, he pushed both my online orders to the end & put those 5 people in front of my online orders. No customer service, unfortunately. I didn't even get a sub because no one attended me. The one employee that was there was washing pans and was fully aware I was there, but she chose to ignore me and pretend I wasn't there. She could have at least said, "Someone will be with you shortly." Something, anything!
Food was crazy expensive, as to be expected by Subway. The employee who was helping me didn’t seem sure about sandwich prices. When I told her I wasn’t going to get a sandwich she was visibly annoyed. I tried to get just a water cup and the other employee refused to give one
Black lady with loc. is so rude and unprofessional. I ordered steak sub she didn’t heat up the steak. If she doesn’t like her job she needs to quit. I love subway but won’t be returning to this location
