Worst subway in de Pere, they have gotten my pick up order wrong for the 6th time today. They continuously assume I want mayo instead of ranch? Not sure why. But today after doing my sadly routine drive back to have them fix my sandwich I got home to find they forgot tuna on a seperate sandwich. A sandwich literally titled TUNA SANDWICH. switching to potbelly permanently. Over 30 dollars and an hour wasted for a subpar meal
Went they're yesterday, the girl that made my sub did an excellent job! perfection! I was checked out at the register by a young new guy, here was very helpful and friendly. I then sat at a nice spotless clean table by the window, the young guy that checked me out at the counter then was busy washing the inside of the store windows, I saw what a nice job he was doing, and told him that, he, said he was just hired a week ago, and he said I'm getting paid good, so I stay busy working for my money. Comfortable setting
Stopped in to grab lunch and absolutely loved the two workers we had on 7-31-23 at around 2:30p.m. They were very helpful, quick, efficient and had a lot of character! Wish I would have caught their names, so I could give credit where it is very much deserved. This store is always clean too. Everyone loves Subway but this one takes the cake! The people working and/or running this location must not really care because this review has been a long time coming. I always do mobile pick-up orders and I always leave a tip. This business gets it right, maybe, 30% of the time and wrong 60% of the time and I feel like that is being generous so I will not be coming back. For what they are charging it is just not worth the money & more often than not, what you end up getting is completely wrong and/or a rip-off.
