I was denied entry to the hospital to pick up my mobile order. I didn't even know that this location was in a hospital. Their phones are off so I can't even call to cancel my order. Horrible place that I recommend everyone to avoid at all costs
There is consistent staffing issue at this place. There is a big sign that says open 24 hours but apart from a few hours during the day, there is no staff and we can not order or purchase anything. This has happened so many times that it is now completely useless to come this subway after about 4 or 5pm maximum. Please either update the timings or make sure the staff is actually available 24 hours. Thanks.
