My husband and I come to this Subway fairly often, but our visit on 9/11/26 around 5:00 p.m. was disappointing. There were two younger employees working, and the store felt very chaotic. One seemed overwhelmed, while the other appeared unfocused and disengaged. It took about five minutes for either of them to even acknowledge us. There was also a sign advertising buy one footlong, get the second half off on weekdays. When I asked about it, I was told the promotion had ended. Nico was so sweet and fast too! He provided great customer service.
We stopped better before going to the Bananaball game and the two gentlemen working were quick, attentive, polite, and friendly. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. Thanks for getting our family of 5 fed!
