Random children hanging out behind the counter, very nonchalant and inattentive staff. Saw an ant on the counter. I wish I had read the other reviews before coming here. This subway location needs a new owner, new employees, or both!

This was the nastiest subway or any restaurant that I’ve ever been in! First, the bathrooms looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Hair everywhere, toilet paper balls all over the floor, dirty toilet and sink. The young man working behind the counter had the old school Justin Bieber hair with NO net covering it up. I used to love Subway and have gone to the one on Governor's Drive for many years. We had a bad experience a few months back so my husband and I quit going but decided to give them another try today. It was the worst I have ever had. They got our order completely wrong and I could not even eat the salad. It was a buffalo chicken salad and had lots of meat, but it was drowned in the sauce and had hardly any veggies in it. it only had spinach, no lettuce, and no ranch dressing.
