if i could rate this a negative 5 I would. Terrible service. no communication. the two women working this evening lied to me about the bread I chose. My sandwich isnt toasted and there are no toppings here. If I order from a drive thru and tell you explicitly what I want, what is the purpose. They also did not answer to me honking my horn or politely knocking on the window. DONT GO HERE.
I ordered my sandwich online thinking I was going to get a great deal with the BOGO free foot long promotions. I went to go pick my order up and there were 2 nice ladies working there and told me that they do not honor the app and my money will be automatically refunded immediately. Okay, cool. So a few days go by and I noticed the subway purchase actually went through and no refund was actually sent.
