Placed 2 online orders for subway through the app for my partner and I, and upon entering they gave us one, but not the other, stating this was all we got. We even showed them proof of purchase and the money withdrawals from our account further proving it. Refused to give us the rest of our food and kept our money. Like c’mon.
I was just in there for a sub and asked for the herb and cheese bread and the lady working told me she was out and currently baking more. I’m 8 months pregnant and had to stop myself from crying lol. But then after I paid , a guy walked in and asked for 2 subs on the same bread and I see the lady looking over to see if I’m around and when she doesn’t see me she proceeded to pull a pan of said bread and as she pulls it out I’m walking by and she looks over at me. The woman making our sandwiches was kind and caring! She was meticulous and showed care for her job. Please give this place a shot if the reviews scare you. I had an excellent experience.
Great subs! Great promotion! I use the 6.99 for a foot long promotion. Service is great! I usually order online. My sub is usually waiting for me when I get there.
