The delivery was the only good thing about this order.
Severely understaffed. As other reviewers mentioned, only 1 person working. We could have ate at a sit down restaurant and got our food faster. The dude working was a nice guy, the ownership has set him up too fail and have angry customers. All the customers coming for pickup were upset to find their orders not ready. Definitely go to Capriottis or Jersey Mike's where they staff properly. Last time for us going to this Subway .
All was great except that you only have one person working from 8am-9:30pm, with people still walking in 1-2mins before 9pm closing time. That worker turned a negative into a great experience.
I placed an order on the app5/5/2025 6:05pm and since I had no way to put extra toasted I called and Argie, Ozzie or whim ever she said she is, because she answers like it’s her personal phone not a Hello this is subway nothing. I asked for a manager she said she was the only one there, I asked her to make it Extra toasted when I placed it I called in and she said ok. And it wasn’t toasted at all.
