Rude employees, poor quality food.
my payments were denied on the "updated" app so I went in and they would not give me the same deal as online. no apology no empathy just if you can't scan pay on the app. last time I got a pretzel it was cold and hard and chewy by the time I walked 15 feet to my store.
I ordered a to go order and they had the nerve to try to give me a completely different order because they ran out of the items that I asked for, and when I went to check my bag, they tried to hide the fact that they changed my order
It's 9:50 AM on a Sunday. The door says they open at 9:00 AM, Google says they open at 9:30 AM today and no one was inside. The lights were off and door locked. Super disappointed since I drove 4 hours to stop at the nearest open Subway. We went into Publix next door, came back out, and the lights were on. Great. Walked in and the employee said he needed 10 MORE minutes to prepare. This would be after 10 AM. So disappointing - 3 customers walked right back out. Huessains customer service far exceeds my expectations EVERY TIME! He takes pride in providing a quality, custom made sandwich along with a personable experience. My family loves him! We come to this subway EVERY TIME just for him 🫶🏾
