Messed the order up completely… then wouldn’t refund the amount paid for the sandwich… not sure who manages this place but it seems they could care less.

I ordered the Italian sandwich with extra protein, add black olives, Add oil and vinegar and spices. I received it without extra protein, without oil and vinegar, and without spices. And, the worst part of it is that they added jalapeños to an Italian sandwich. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. When I called them to discuss it, I was getting nowhere so I asked for the manager.
