Ordered two sandwiches. Tomatoes are horribly mushy! The lettuce is dirty, actually still has dirt on it! Worst sandwiches ever had at a subway.
I ordered a sandwich with extra sauce, but it came out completely dry. When I called the store, I explained the issue politely, but the woman on the phone was unhelpful and dismissive. She told me they “can’t drench a sandwich” and that they made it right, even I ordered for extra and clearly didn’t get it. Instead of offering any kind of solution, she just said they couldn’t help and hung up on me. Really disappointed with the customer service.
