I began ordering here because it was closer to me, however, each time I have ordered I've noticed that they put less and less ingredients on my subs. Today became apparent that they don't read or choose to ignore the specifications and notes. I asked for extra sauces and both my subs are basically dry. Not only that but they are very slow. I won't be ordering from here again.
I ordered online and got there 7 minutes before the estimated time and I was told to wait since they were still working on my order, mind you the place looked empty. I live like 4 minutes away from the store and when I got home my subs were cold and looked sad with how little ingredients they had. How can they be cold if apparently they had just finished making them? I’ve ordered from the other Alton gloor location 10 minutes away from me and gotten home with hot subs. Never ordering from here again.
