I went to go get subway today because I thought it would be a good experience iv had little to no issues with subway until this point but today I ordered a American club and a chicken bacon ranch and found 4 long red hairs!!! In and on the sub....obviously this put me off of eating it due to germs and the idea of a hair in my food makes me sick. Drive thru is slow! Took 20 minutes, before going inside to get our sub! Absolutely horrible!
Meatball sun was extremely cold. I picked it up as soon as it was ready. It makes no sense for a meatball sub to be cold. It was also not toasted. Also no napkins in the bag smh. I will not be returning to this store.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order through the app at 5:15pm for a 5:45pm pickup. When I arrived, they hadn’t even started making it and made me wait another 20 minutes. After nearly an hour of waiting, my order was still wrong—the subs had the wrong meat and veggies and they forgot my cookies. The employees moved painfully slow with no urgency, and to top it off, there’s no way to request a refund in the app. I paid full price for a late, incorrect, and incomplete order. Horrible.
